T.R. Fluker Beccomes Richmond Branch Leader

We are excited to announce that T.R. Fluker, PE, has been named the new Branch Leader for our Richmond, Virginia office!

With over 25 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction quality assurance, and materials testing, T.R. is well-equipped to lead the Richmond office while maintaining their commitment to exceptional client service.

T.R. has extensive expertise in materials investigations for existing structures, as well as construction materials quality assurance, testing, and special inspections for new projects. His project portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, including transportation (air, land, and water), industrial and power, water/wastewater, education, government, commercial, and healthcare. Throughout his career, he has successfully addressed complex geotechnical and construction materials challenges across diverse construction environments.
