Thomas Pallua Joins Schnabel as a Senior Associate
We’re pleased to welcome Thomas Pallua, PG, as a Senior Associate in our Tunnels and Underground business unit! With 24 years of experience as a geologist, Thomas brings a wealth of expertise in tunnel design and construction, geotechnical field exploration, geologic modeling, and blast consultation across the U.S., South America, and Europe.
Throughout his career, Thomas has managed major tunneling and hydropower projects in Europe and led geologic mapping initiatives to collect structural data, as well as tunnel rehabilitation projects in the U.S. His background includes drill and blast hard rock tunneling, rock mechanics, slope stability evaluation and mitigation design, construction dewatering, and rope access techniques, making him a great addition to our growing team.
