The Leadership Development Group Visits Colorado

The Leadership Development Group (LDG) visited Schnabel’s two Colorado offices (in Lakewood and Longmont) for their annual spring meeting. The members made headway on some exciting upcoming projects. Kami Gardella also hosted a tour of the Chimney Hollow Dam project for the group.

LDG is an assemblage of established but early-career professionals at Schnabel that are interested in shaping the future of the firm. It’s one of many ways employee-owners get involved at Schnabel.
