In this presentation, Stephen Miller (Schnabel) and Aaron Tice (Wiley Wilson) will discuss Frederick Water’s Opequon Water Supply project including the construction of a new 8.5 MGD pump station and intake tunnel to supply raw water to the new water treatment plant. This presentation will address the key challenges encountered during design and construction. It will also provide practical insight into managing fast-track progressive design-building projects that contributed to the project’s success.
