Meet the Team

Mario Glorioso, PE, Principal Engineer, Branch Leader
Mario Glorioso leads the new Nashville team. Mario is a geotechnical engineer with experience in slope stabilization, seepage analyses, geostructural design, and dam and levee evaluations. He has worked on a multitude of transportation, dam, and levee projects throughout his 20 plus years in the industry.

Tom Humbert, PE, Associate Engineer
Tom Humbert is a geostructural engineer with over 12 years of experience specializing in retaining walls, support of excavation, and deep foundations. He has served clients in the transportation, government, and power and energy sectors. For several years, he worked for a specialty contractor focused on geostructural construction projects—various deep foundation, anchor, and support of excavation design. He then moved into the consulting side where he has been responsible for the geotechnical design on lock, dam, and levee projects.

Matthew Over, PhD, PE, SE, Senior Associate Engineer
Matthew Over is a structural engineer with over 11 years of experience on diverse projects both domestically and internationally. He has led the development of contract drawings and specifications for the structural design of pedestrian, transit, rail, water, wastewater, and stormwater shaft and tunnel systems. Most recently, he is the Engineer-of-Record for the underground structure for the ALCOSAN Wet Weather Pump Station. His past work includes traditional design and analysis, but also program and project management.

Chris Ramsey, PE, Principal Engineer
Chris Ramsey is a geotechnical engineer specializing in geostructural design and has nearly 25 years of experience working on DOT, rail, tunnel, and waterway lock projects. His experience includes over ten years with a regional geostructural specialty contractor followed by geotechnical engineering consulting that includes support of excavation design, deep foundation design, and slope stabilization.

Joe Schrank, PE, PEng, Principal Engineer
Joe Schrank is a Principal Engineer in the Tunnels and Underground division. With 25 years of experience in geotechnical and tunnel engineering—including 18 years focused on feasibility evaluation, design, and construction support—Joe has led the design of numerous new tunnel construction, trenchless installation, and rehabilitation projects. He specializes in tunnel rehabilitation in short work windows.
