Rachel Reardon Is One of the ‘New Faces in G-I’
Rachel Reardon, PE, MASCE, was featured as one of the “New Faces in G-I,” in the October-November issue of the Geo-Institute of ASCE’s GEOSTRATA magazine.
When asked what advice she would give early career civil engineers, Rachel said “Don’t be afraid to challenge conventional wisdom! Just because something has worked in the past doesn’t make it the most effective engineering solution, so ask questions and propose new ideas. The most groundbreaking solutions come from thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo.”
