Known by residents as the red poppy capital of Texas, the City of Georgetown is developing an underground wastewater pipeline at Berry Creek to service a large area that includes current and future developments along the State Highway 195 and Ronald Reagan corridors. Schnabel has been retained by Walker Partners, the lead designer for the project, to provide trenchless consulting services.

Trenchless construction is used to install utility lines with minimal disruption to the public or the environment. We’ve been hired to review existing geotechnical and geologic information, provide recommendations for the geotechnical investigation, evaluate route alternatives, provide a geophysical investigation, evaluate feasible trenchless methods, develop final design documents related to the trenchless work, and eventually provide bidding and construction administration support.
