Greg Daviero is a Principal, cofounder, and Branch Leader of Schnabel’s Albany, New York–area office located in Clifton Park. From this location, he supports a portfolio of New York State and western New England clients in the water, wastewater, and dam engineering market areas. Greg applies his expertise to a wide range of water resource engineering, design, and hydraulic and hydrologic analyses for the benefit of the firm’s state, federal, and municipal clients. This experience primarily focuses on dam safety projects, hydraulic structures, and water and wastewater treatment hydraulics. Since 2018 he has served on Schnabel’s Board of Directors.
Greg is a member of the Education Committee in the NYS Chapter of the American Water Works Association and is the lead developer and instructor for the Fundamentals of Dam Safety and Fundamentals of Hydraulics training courses. He is also a member of the Association of State Dam Safety Officials and the New York State Water Environment Association, and is a frequent presenter at their national and regional conferences. Greg has served as an adjunct professor at Union College and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he taught Fluid Mechanics and Applied Hydrology and Hydraulics.
