With over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, specializing in geotechnical engineering, Chadd has worked for consulting firms and a specialty design-build geotechnical contractor. His project experience includes work throughout the United States and the Caribbean with extensive work in Virginia. Many of these projects include power generation and power delivery projects, highways and bridges, and industrial facilities.
