Nathan Germann Becomes Boise Branch Leader

We are pleased to announce that Nathan Germann is the new branch leader of Schnabel’s Boise office! Nathan has spent his career focused on large water infrastructure. He has worked in the Boise office for 10 years, with experience spanning the design and rehabilitation of critical water infrastructure that is served by Schnabel’s Dams Business Unit. Nathan grew up in the Pacific Northwest, holds both a BS and MS in mechanical engineering, and is an accomplished engineer who understands the value of clear communication, accountability, and has a keen understanding of the technical work that he is managing.

Nathan takes over leadership from Ray Eldridge, who at the end of 2023, transitioned from the Boise office branch leader to senior consultant. Ray started the Boise office nearly two decades ago and has grown it into the center of technical excellence that it is today. After the Boise office became part of the Schnabel family in 2020, Ray continued to lead the Boise branch. During his tenure as branch leader, Ray contributed significantly to Schnabel’s success and presence in the western U.S. Ray will continue to provide technical expertise to Schnabel’s clients across the country in his new role as senior consultant.
