Looking Back: Cobbs Creek Reservoir in 2023
With the Cobbs Creek Reservoir now at full pool, let’s look back at this snapshot from 2023 when the project was about 95% complete and the team had just topped out the main dam. At that stage, crews were installing articulated concrete blocks, setting the intake tower bridge, and restoring borrow areas, while work continued on reservoir clearing and infrastructure.
