Estivalet to Grow Schnabel’s Northeast Region

Schnabel Engineering hires Allan Estivalet as a Senior Associate/Senior Vice President in the firm’s Morristown, NJ, office. In his new position, Estivalet will be focused on expanding Schnabel’s water engineering practice in the northeast region and across the United States. He will also provide technical support including inspection, analysis, design and construction on a variety of water-related and interdisciplinary projects.

Estivalet has worked as an engineering consultant for over 15 years. Prior to joining Schnabel, he served as Water and Environment Area Manager for an international engineering and consulting firm. His technical expertise includes dams and levees, hydraulic and flood control, as well as resiliency and climate adaptation.

A registered Professional Engineer (PE) in several states and Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), Estivalet received his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne in Switzerland. He has authored several technical papers, developed training workshops, and participated in panel discussions on topics in his areas of expertise.
