Scarlett Kitts of Schnabel’s Greensboro office is a member of the local Dining for Women chapter, an organization that helped 12 foreign charities last year alone. In May, the organization focused on a charity for the Maasai Steppe Women through the African People & Wildlife Fund. Their donations will help to empower Maasai women to protect their natural resources for themselves and for future generations, through entrepreneurship and environmentally-friendly small business development.
On May 12th, Scarlett also attended the Women Impacting Greensboro meeting. The group raised over $6,000 at the meeting to donate to One Step Further, a nonprofit agency providing mediation services, life skills/conflict resolution classes, and other services for citizens of Guilford County.
