Apprentices Graduate Program

Congratulations to our graduating Apprentices! This year-long intensive training program concluded last week at our headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. While working closely with a team of mentors, this talented group expanded Schnabel’s capacity for delivering a highly specialized suite of engineering services for our clients. At the core of the Apprentice Program is our continued emphasis on maintaining a cross-office, cross-discipline network—a “One Schnabel” approach that provides the blend of local support and national expertise needed to solve complex infrastructure challenges.
