2024-2025 Apprentice Program Launch

Schnabel recently launched our 2024-2025 Apprentice Program. This year-long training initiative brings together professionals from across our firm—including twenty of our nationwide offices and all three of our core business units (Geotechnical, Dams, and Tunnels and Underground).

Our apprentices work with mentors to develop skills in team building and enhanced client service. This cross-unit and cross-office collaboration also gives a deeper appreciation of Schnabel’s diverse range of services, allowing us to better support our clients. A big thank you to Chris McDonell for hosting this kickoff meeting at his Maryland training facility, and for sharing his valuable insights on client service and collaboration.
