Project Overview
The Austin Clean Water Program (ACWP), a $200 million program serving the City of Austin, includes more than 70 individual projects throughout the City of Austin. LACHEL FELICE & Associates (LF&A) has been directly involved with the ACWP, providing resident engineering and construction management service for three major tunnel projects for the Austin Clean Water Program. The Barton Creek Lift Station Relief Tunnels, Section 1 and 2 projects consist of 1,700 lineal feet of 91-inch diameter soft ground tunnel and 1,530 lineal feet of 97-inch diameter tunnel. The Shoal Creek Tunnel consists of approximately 3,300 lineal feet of 102-inch diameter tunnel. The Little Walnut Tunnel is an approximately 9,400 foot long, 99-inch diameter tunnel. The projects also include vertical shafts up to 75-feet deep and cut-and-cover tunnel sections.
