Schnabel Engineering performs Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs) for projects ranging in size from small property transfers to major commercial and industrial development projects. Where more information is needed to evaluate the nature and extent of environmental concerns, we also provide additional (Phase II) assessment services. As part of the site assessment and to plan for proper handling/disposal of construction and demolition debris, we perform asbestos surveys and lead-based paint inspections. We also can include wetland and critical habitat delineations as part of the environmental site assessment where appropriate.
