Project Overview

Schnabel has been providing geotechnical engineering and related services at the Washington-Dulles International Airport since the early 1970s. Currently and for the past several years Schnabel has been geotechnical engineer on several major projects as part of the $3.4 billion, six-year Dulles Airport Expansion Program. On these projects, Schnabel has served as geotechnical subconsultant for several major architects and structural engineers, and also has provided design and inspection construction services for contractors during construction.
