The criteria used to make the selection included culture, benefits, compensation, performance/recognition, recruiting and employee retention, and professional development, as well as an employee satisfaction survey. Schnabel ranked 45 on the list, as well as # 18 on the Mid Size Firm Ranking, which included employers with between 101-499 employees.
