Bio

Mr. Seli has over 30 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.  As Director of Geotechnical Engineering, he is responsible for technical standards and training for both design and construction phase services.  He also acts as a Senior Reviewer and Project Manager for geotechnical engineering and dam engineering studies throughout the firm.  His geotechnical engineering experience includes: piers, bulkheads, and dry docks; bridges and highways; power generation facilities; heavy industrial projects;  earth dams; water treatment facilities; commercial buildings; and parking decks.  Mr. Seli also acts as the corporate resource for dynamic testing of pile foundations.
