Mr. Roscoe is a Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia, with project management, engineering, environmental, hydrogeological, materials/waste management, and resource development experience. As Director of Business Development, Mr. Roscoe oversees the business development activities of the firm. His experience includes extensive work in the mining industry, involving resource evaluation/development/management, permitting, mine planning/engineering design, and associated project management. Environmental experience includes environmental/hydrogeologic assessment/remediation, waste facility permitting/operation/management, waste minimization/beneficial reuse, and operations management.
