Bio
Dr. Felice, located in LACHEL FELICE's Seattle, Washington office, has more than 24 years of experience in delivering project and program management, construction engineering analysis and design, and construction claim avoidance and resolution services on multi-disciplinary above- and below-ground engineering projects. Dr. Felice's projects include planning, design and construction engineering services for pipelines, tunnels, microtunneling and horizontal directional drilling (HDD), pipeline crossings, long span bridges, energy and transportation systems, geotechnical earthquake engineering and seismic risk evaluations, risk management/assessments, dams, water distribution systems, heavy industrial and marine structures, forensic analysis and litigation support, and natural hazard assessment and mitigation. He has extensive experience on projects evaluating the dynamic response of earth structures where he has conducted seismic hazard assessments that include analyzing site liquefaction potential and ground response under earthquake and explosive loads. Internationally, Dr. Felice has worked in Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, India, Mexico, Philippines, and the United Kingdom. His international projects have included the operation and closure of ground launched cruise missile facilities and compliance with international treaty protocols, open pit mining operations, offshore structures, natural gas and liquid fuel pipelines, bridge design and construction, tunnel and natural hazard assessments, and energy producing facilities. Dr. Felice has served as a consultant to U.S. Department of Defense agencies and the Department of Energy.
