Ms. Auglis presents 24 years of accounting, office management and personnel management skills. For the past 22 years she has provided these skills to construction and engineering firms. Ms. Auglis began working for Lachel in 1998 as the Office Manager/Bookkeeper. She was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2003. She is responsible for company wide support services including management and maintenance of corporate policies, accounting principles, policies and procedures and human resources for Lachel, a Schnabel Engineering company.
