Bio

Mr. Webster has more than 25 years of experience as a consulting engineer. As Branch Leader, he is responsible for the overall operation and direction of the Charlottesville, Virginia, branch office. His experience includes working with public (Federal, State, and local) and private sector clients on water resource projects, including earth and concrete gravity dams, and slope stability studies; infrastructure projects such as potable water and wastewater treatment facilities, distribution facilities, and tunnels; building projects, including structures for Federal, State, and local municipalities; university and college facilities such as resident halls, sports facilities, and academic buildings; power plants and other industrial facilities; and healthcare facilities.  His project experience also includes primary and secondary schools, multi-story hotels, parking garages, communication towers, damage studies, and expert witness testimony.
