Bio

Mr. Rabe has more than 20 years experience in geotechnical engineering and construction management throughout the southeastern United States and internationally. Mr. Rabe joined the firm in 2001 and is the Branch Leader of the Sterling, Virginia, office. As Branch Leader, Mr. Rabe is responsible for the overall operation and direction of the branch office.  Additionally, Mr. Rabe is instrumental in the development of Schnabel’s Federal and International business lines.   His project experience includes government facilities, transportation, major infrastructure, power, water resource, commercial and mixed use developments, and U.S. government projects worldwide.
