Bio

Mr. Monroe has more than 17 years of experience in dam and geotechnical engineering. His experience includes project management and technical oversight of hydrologic, hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural analyses for earthen embankment, concrete-gravity, and roller compacted concrete gravity dams.  Mr. Monroe’s experience also includes the administrative, financial, and technical oversight of projects during construction.
