Bio
Mr. Diggs has over 24 years experience in geotechnical engineering and construction monitoring. The bulk of Mr. Diggs’ experience has been problem resolution in the field during construction. His experience includes large commercial/office buildings and industrial facilities, stadiums, hospitals, university buildings and correctional facilities. He has also been involved with waste water treatment plants, power plants, communication towers, highways, bridges, military facilities, drainage structures, retaining walls, waterfront structures, water storage tanks, dewatering, underpinning and excavation sheeting and shoring. Mr. Diggs has been extensively involved during the development and maturation of the Special Inspection Program through BOCA and now ICC. |
