Mr. Wargo has over 28 years of experience in geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering, and has particular expertise in assessments in karst topography. His engineering responsibilities have included earth dams and slope stability studies; water and sewage treatment plants; residential, commercial, and high-rise office buildings; power generating facilities; waterfront structures; bridges; highway and airfield pavements; damage studies; and environmental site assessments. |
