Mr. Rabe has more than 16 years experience in geotechnical engineering and construction management throughout the southeastern United States and internationally. His project experience includes transportation facilities, government facilities, major infrastructure projects, commercial developments and office parks, residential developments, and U.S. embassy projects worldwide. He also has experience in performing in-situ pressuremeter testing, pile load testing, and geotechnical instrumentation. |
