Bio
Mr. Webster has 23 years of experience as a consulting engineer. His experience includes U.S. embassy work; university and college facilities including Virginia Higher Education Capital Outlay Manual (HECOM) projects; power plants and other industrial facilities; hospital facilities; primary and secondary schools; multi-story hotels; parking garages; commercial, government, and retail buildings; high-density and single-family housing; potable water and wastewater treatment plant facilities; and communication towers. Experience also includes earth dams, gravity dams, and slope stability studies, damage studies, pavement studies, and expert witness testimony.
Mr. Webster has also served as guest lecturer for the University of Virginia’s School of Architecture, and adjunct instructor in the University of Virginia's Civil Engineering Department teaching both lecture and laboratory soil mechanics classes. Mr. Webster was recognized for his work as Champion of the 150th Anniversary of ASCE. |
