Mr. Frey has nearly 30 years of experience in geotechnical and materials testing. He is responsible for directing staff for test boring and test pit inspection and field observations and testing of fill, footing, pavement and floor slab subgrades; compacted structural fill; pile installations; slurry wall construction; caissons in soil and rock; reinforcing steel; and concrete. Mr. Frey's duties include reviewing field data, and review and presentation of laboratory data, as well as operational responsibility for the Dam Engineering subsidiary.
