Mr. Seli has over 28 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. He is Project Reviewer and Project Manager responsible for geotechnical engineering and dam engineering studies. His geotechnical engineering experience includes piers, bulkheads, dry docks, power generation facilities, buildings and parking decks, heavy industrial projects, highways, bridges, earth dams, water treatment facilities, water lagoons and municipal waste landfills.
