Each year, Schnabel hires Interns and Co-ops into our workforce. Our interns and Co-ops are provided the opportunity to contribute to projects using their education while receiving on the job training and hands-on experience in preparation for a career in engineering.

A Co-op or Intern will work under the direction of engineering and technical staff to perform design
calculations, field explorations, and/or construction observation.

Candidates should be a college Junior or Senior in an accredited engineering program. Successful
completion of courses including the following disciplines is preferred: Soils, Soils Lab, Hydrology, Hydraulics, Foundations, and Structural Steel and/or Concrete Design.
