The Gaithersburg office of Schnabel Engineering is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be primarily responsible for mid-level management duties such as client maintenance, proposal development, scheduling, managing field staff engineer activities, writing reports, as well as some business development and mentoring.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of related experience, including a strong working knowledge of construction inspection. Knowledge of local codes and ASTM is a plus. A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is desired, as is a PE Certification. Must be an independent decision maker with strong organizational and communication skills.
