The Charlottesville, VA office of Schnabel Engineering is looking for a Project to Senior Engineer to join their growing team.

As a Project/Senior Engineer you will be responsible for management duties such as client maintenance, proposal development, scheduling, managing field staff engineer activities, writing reports, as well as some business development and mentoring.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates should have at least 7 years of related experience including a strong working knowledge of civil and dam engineering. A Bachelors in Civil Engineering and a PE certification and experience with dams is also required. A Masters degree in Civil Engineering is preferred, as is experience with geotechnical engineering, hydraulics, construction management, and/or geostructural design. Must be an independent decision maker with strong organizational and communication skills.
